A New Senior Day Program in Northfield Center
We’re bringing daytime care for older adults, including seniors living with dementia, to 9503 Brandywine in Northfield Center. Families in northern Summit County will finally have a program like this close to home, and we’re now accepting families.
The Northfield Center is for seniors. Our Twinsburg program at 9737 Ravenna Rd continues to serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, just as it does today.

A full-time RN, med-certified team, and enriching daily activities ensure every participant is supported, engaged, and valued.
Transportation Is a Major Barrier for Families
Caregivers often can’t juggle work and transportation. Many programs offer no transportation, or charge extra.
How Living A Dream Helps:
We provide door-to-door transportation, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles, at no extra cost across our five-county service area.
Adults Aren’t Learning Life Skills in Other Programs
Participants often don’t get chances to grow, learn, or become more independent.

Participants enjoy chef-led cooking classes, volunteering, exercise, community outings, and life skills training every day.
Many Adults Feel Isolated or Misunderstood
Traditional programs rarely support social connection or peer relationships.
